Winning by 1.5 seconds, Madison Genesis team rider and reigning National Hill-Climb Champion Jack Pullar stormed up the 645-yard Monsal Hill-climb in a blistering 79.9 seconds!
Jack said, "For the first half of the climb it seems like maybe you’re not going to have it in your legs and they start to burn and for the last 30 metres it’s just a blur and all you can hear is the fantastic crowd... The burning and build up of blood in your arms and legs makes it very hard. Once again, it’s been great to ride Monsal.”
This is the second year in a row Jack has won at Monsal and you canbe sure he'll want to be back next year to retain the "Master of Monsal" title.
